Much better than even we expected! We discussed removing the CV option but realised that it is an essential tool in our quality control methodology. We use it to be able to verify professionals on the site. We call and verify references, experience etc. That is what has attracted employers to use the site. They are not just wading through junk. We recognise this is a time consuming and cumbersome process( more for us than for anyone else). So if you have another recommendation for quality control we would love to hear it.
