Hey Kamal,
Thanks for your article on gharkamai.com we have had a fantastic response to the site... Much better than even we expected!

We discussed removing the CV option but realised that it is an essential tool in our quality control methodology. We use it to be able to verify professionals on the site. We call and verify references, experience etc. That is what has attracted employers to use the site. They are not just wading through junk.

We recognise this is a time consuming and cumbersome process( more for us than for anyone else). So if you have another recommendation for quality control we would love to hear it.

Thanks again for your inputs and keep them coming. It's what makes us better!

Regards,
Kachina

I really liked this concept when I heard about it the first time on the Google homepage. It's a wonderful incentive (as if we actually need one, but realistically speaking I think we do) to come up with an idea and then convert it into a program to help as many people as we can. I think an idea most apt for this project would be the 'Pay it Forward' movement although George Bernard Shaw beat me to the idea and there's already a whole movement put in place. Nonetheless another fascinating initiative by Google...!

Hi there, I've been looking for a site like yours since last Saturday. The last place I searched (should be the first) was in Google, using the keywords "Online Marketing Agency". Anyway, it was worth the search because I really like this website and your post regarding “Viral” Mystery looks very interesting for me. Definitely Stumbled!
